Canine Scent DetectionUsing the dog’s natural desire to “hunt” helps develop focus and self-control. For this reason, no obedience is needed as a prerequisite, and boisterous behaviours such as barking and pulling can be part of the game. This activity promotes confidence and provides mental stimulation and fun. Even shy and disabled dogs like scent classes.
